ViperaX is designed to protect your account, balances, and transaction history. This page summarizes the security practices we apply and the steps you should take to stay safe.
Account protection
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. We never display or transmit your password in plain text.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled from your account settings using an authenticator app. We recommend enabling 2FA before holding significant balances or initiating withdrawals.
Session access requires authentication. Sign out on shared devices and avoid saving credentials on public computers.
Payments and withdrawals
Bank accounts must be verified through our payment partner before binding. Account names are resolved automatically to reduce misdirected payouts.
USDT withdrawal addresses must be confirmed in settings. Only BEP-20 addresses on supported networks should be used.
Withdrawals and sensitive changes may require password confirmation and, where enabled, a valid 2FA code.
Platform and infrastructure
API credentials for payment providers are encrypted at rest and managed through the admin integrations panel.
Financial ledger entries are recorded for deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and adjustments to support reconciliation and audit review.
We monitor for unusual login patterns, duplicate accounts, and abusive referral or deposit behavior.
Your responsibilities
Use a unique, strong password and keep your email, phone, and Telegram accounts secure.
Never share OTP codes, 2FA backup codes, withdrawal PINs, or invitation links with anyone claiming to be support unless you initiated contact through our official Telegram group.
Verify URLs before signing in. Phishing sites may imitate ViperaX branding.
Reporting incidents
If you suspect unauthorized access, a fraudulent deposit request, or impersonation of ViperaX staff, contact us immediately through the official Telegram support group linked from the login page.
Include your username, approximate time of the incident, and any reference numbers. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include freezing withdrawals pending review.
