ViperaX provides digital wallet, deposit, withdrawal, investment plan, referral, and related financial workflow tools. Availability of features may vary by account status, verification level, and region.
Deposits may be made via supported crypto rails, merchant Naira flows, or approved exchange codes. Withdrawals are subject to linked bank or wallet verification, platform limits, and processing schedules.
Bonuses, plans, and rewards
Promotional bonuses, referral rewards, salary structures, and plan returns are governed by the rules displayed in the product at the time of participation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.

You may not use ViperaX for money laundering, fraud, unauthorized access, market manipulation, abusive referral schemes, automated scraping, or any activity that violates law or these Terms.

Fees, taxes, and third parties
Network fees, merchant conversion rates, withdrawal charges, and third-party payment costs may apply as shown before you confirm a transaction.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ViperaX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party providers, network outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk concerns, or legal requirements.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
